1. Choose a Uniform – We decided that the best thing we could do was choose a uniform and try to figure out a uniform out for the job! Our main goal was to create a simple and inexpensive way of working in Kenya and this may be a challenge to any one. All the colors were chosen to fit a broad spectrum of job types – the most straightforward ones in the world. We tried very hard to find the perfect color that fit our needs. The very few colors we found matched the specific needs of our work partner. The most straightforward ones included the following: Red, Black, Green, Blue, and so forth.. The uniforms we chose were based on our work, and they were available for the project as well. In all, we were able to make a good initial order of 100 shirts. The uniforms we ended up with (which I’ll explain below) provided a fantastic experience for anyone that is interested in the job but a job that doesn’t require a uniform as it has a lot of possibilities! We made no compromises in terms of quality during our design process, which was no-till now and then but since we were making a project specifically for female workers, the work was done with ease!
